Wajan Ghataye





Jyada Wajan badhane ke saath he kai tarah ki sharir mein choti-choti bimariyan shuru ho jaati hai jo aage chalkar ek badi bimari ka roop le leti hai. Motapa kam karne ke liye sabse jaruri hai ki aap apni roj-marra ki jeewanshaili mein badalaw kare. Healthy food aur daily exercise yaani yoga aur vyaam se aap apne badhate wajan par control kar sakte hai aur use kam bhi kar sakte hai.

Over weight yaani motape ki wajah se kai tarah ki gambhir bimari ho sakti hai jaise Blood Pressor ka gadwad rehana, Diabites, Brane-Stone, Heart Attack, Cancer, Nind na aana, Jodo ka dard aur Ghutano ka dard etc.

Motape ko kam karne ke liye hume ek simple diet plan ko apnana chahiye. Khana Santilit Matra mein khana chahiye. Khane mein Hari aur Pattedaar Sabjiyan shamil kare. Khane ke saath-saath Salaad bhi khaye. Aur baar-baar Khana khane ki aadat chhod de. Junk Food khane Bilkul band kar de. Tabhi humara sharir fit aur healthy rahega. Yahan Healthy ka matlab Over Weight ya Motapa nahi hai.

Motapa Kam Karne Ke Upay - Wajan Ghatane Ke Tarike Hindi Me.

1. Har roh subah-subah ek Glass thande paani mein 2 Chammach Shahad (Honey) milakar peene se fat kam hota hai. Saath he sharir ko energy bhi milti hai.

2. Subah-Sham Green Tea Peene se bhi motapa kam hota hai aur iss par control kiya ja sakta hai.

3. Khana khane ke baad Nimbu ka ras gun-gune paani mein nichodkar piye isse khana achhe se pachata hai. Shardiyon mein Nimbu Wali Chay peene se Pet mein Gas nahi banti hai.

4. Subah khali pet Ankurit Chane, Moong Daal aur Soyabeen khane se Fat nahi badhata hai aur Ankurit Anaj ko khane se usme maujood poshak tatvo se doguni energy milti hai aur saath-saath sharir bhi healthy rehata hai.

5. Soyabeen khane se sharir ki charbi kam hoti hai aur isme achhi matra mein prothin hota hai.

6. Regular Dahi khane se bhi Sharir ki Charbi kam hoti hai. Aap din mein 2-3 baar Matthe ko bhi piye isse bhi wajan kar karne mein fayda milta hai.

7. Fast Food jaise Pizza, Burgur, Chaumin, Samose, Kachodi aur Tali Huyi Cheeje bilkul bhi na khaye. Colddrink peena band kar de kyoki isme maujood Sugar wajan badhati hai.

8. 2 bade chammach muli ka res Shahad mein milakar barabar matra mein paani ke saath pine se wajan bahut jaldi kam hota hai. Iske results aapko ek mahine mein he dikhane lagenge.

9. Meet kam se kam khaye kyoki meet mein kaafi matra mein fat hota hai jisse charbi jaldi badhati hai. Agar aap meet kahan chahate hai kam tala hua meet he khaye. Red-Meet bilkul bhi na khaye.

10. Jyada chiknayi-yukt Milk, Butter aur Paneer khana band kar de kyoki isme vasa jyada matra mein hota hai jisse fat bahut jaldi badhata hai. Hari Sabjiyo ko jyada se jyada khaye.

Daily Vyayam kare. Vyayam jaise Rassi Kudana, Cycle Chalana, Jogging Karna, Subah-Sham Ko Tahalana, Gym Karna inn vyayamo ko regular karke aap jaldi se wajan ghata sakte hai. Saath-saath ye bhi dhyaan rakhe ki khana khane ke turant baad paani na piye. Khana khane ke baad tahale jarur. Iss tariko ki madad se aap apna wajan ghata sakte hai.
